Overview
Would you like to be a part of an innovative, collaborative and inclusive team working in Special Schools across West Sussex? We are looking for an administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills to provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to our team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists working in Special Schools. The hours for this post are to be worked term time only and it will be based at 'Oak Grove College' in Worthing.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists working in Special Schools.
* Coordinate and minuting meetings; update and maintain databases, including electronic patient records.
* Deal with all contacts for the team in a sensitive, confidential and professional manner.
