Service Administrator Role: Maintain relationships with Internal and external customers Work within a busy internal customer service team where no 2 days are the same as a Service Administrator in a varied role Process incoming chargeable notifications Process Invoices as a Service Administrator Deal with any incoming queries as a Service Administrator in a timely manner Support internal sales team with Admin or service queries Liaising with external company departments and branches as Service Administrator Updating internal database and maintaining records Any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as a Service Administrator within the Service Delivery Team. Service Administrator Candidate: Previous experience as a Service Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Internal Administrator.
