Supply Chain & RetailDivision
Supply Chain Servicesprovides both pre-wholesale and wholesale distribution ofPharmaceutical, healthcare and animal health products to pharmaciesand hospital nationwide. The business supports a diverse customerbase through the provision of strong service levels coupled withinnovative commercial initiatives. In addition, the businessprovides services and supports that help independent communitypharmacy to compete more effectively in an increasingly difficultenvironment and runs a network of Uniphar-owned pharmacies underthe Life, Allcare and Hickeys symbol brands.

The Role
Actively managing a number of clients/accounts,supporting the delivery of medicine for their requirements to endpatients. Supporting the Trading & Procurement Lead, indelivering a best in class wholesale offering for key customerswithin the MENA region (and ROW), driving continuous growth anddevelopment for Devonshire Healthcare Services.
Key Outcomes
* Provide support toclients and colleagues to ensure a first-classservice.
* Work with colleagues to contributetowards the continuous improvement of Devonshire HealthcareServices
* Assist in the organisation ofworkload, prioritising tasks to ensure the effective running of thebusiness unit.
* Manage the clients throughregular site visits/meetings to understand their needs and furtherdevelop the business.
* Provide the Tradingmanager with up-to-date key account activities on a weekly/monthlybasis
* Be aware and compliant with of all thedocumentation related to Devonshire Healthcare - Training Records,SOP's, Forms, including reading and acknowledging requireddocuments on QPulse.
* Strong desire toindependently pursue new businessopportunities.
* Ability to complete the relevantregulatory paperwork, such as Import permits, Home Office records,export permits, etc.
* Attend Sales &Marketing meetings, exhibitions, and conferences as and whenrequired.
* Identify and visit existing andprospective clients with a view to grow the Devonshire Healthcareentity as the experts in Healthcare supplies to specificregions
* Conduct annual account reviews forClients to monitor financial and service performance across thebusiness area.
* Respond to sales enquiries,generate quotations, implement/update service level agreements andcomplete tender documents asrequired.
* Effectively communicate client needs& advocate internally on theirbehalf.
* Monitor competitor activity and provideregular feedback on activities that may impact on the performanceof the business areas.
* Monitor progress ofsales activities and provide regular feedback onprogress.
* Network with peers across industriesto generate and identify businessopportunities.
AccountManagement &Relationships
* Buildrelationships with clients through active consultation and regularcommunication.
* Develop a complete understandingof the client needs and business arearequirements.
* Form relationships with keystakeholders internally and understand all areas of the business toensure we provide the highest levels of service to our clients,ensure their needs are met and all queries are answered quickly andeffectively.
Administration&Finance
* Monitorperformance against agreed budgetary targets and develop strategicplans to ensure targets are met.
* Define andagree key milestones with Trading Manager on a quarterlybasis.
* Ensure all customer details are up todate across the company systems.
Qualification,Experience & SkillsRequired
* Positivecan-do attitude.
* Proven track record inachieving targets, in a wholesale & retailenvironment.
* Solid understanding of thePharmaceutical Industry and/or retailpharmacy.
* Extensive experience in all aspectsof relationship management.
* Experience inincorporating a financial and strategic perspective to procurementpolicies.
* Proven analytical skills combinedwith excellent commercial acumen areessential.
* High levels of resilience andtenacity.
* Equally comfortable working alone oras part of a team.

This role will be based in our office in Hayeswhere a flexible hybrid working model is also available. It'simportant to achieve the right balance between face-to-faceinteractions with virtual working over the long term. Moreover,there will be flexibility required to interact with colleagues(i.e., it's not a '9 to 5' type of job).
