Charing recording CFC reviews, obtaining voice of child, working alongside partner agencies, overseeing care plans and challenges any areas of concern, chairing initial and reviewing CP conferences, gathering view and making decisions and formulating plans maintaining records, potential audits, child focussed and wanting to achieve the best outcome.
