We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and well-established team based in Welwyn Garden City. This is a full-time, office-based role on a 3-month fixed term contract, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of operations and keeping things running smoothly.
The Role
You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. This role suits someone who is proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing general administrative support to the team
Managing and updating records and documentation
Coordinating tasks and supporting internal processes
Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
Ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard
