- Children’s Services Responsible to: Head of Continuous Improvement Salary: £45,000
- £50,000 per annum DOE plus car allowance & mileage paid Location: Hybrid role 2 days a week working from our Uxbridge office & home based with regular travel.
CareTech is looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple projects within our small Children’s Services Performance Improvement team.
You’ll be working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and deliver real impact.
What you’ll do: Manage several projects, keeping everything on track and aligned with business goals Communicate with senior leaders, project teams, and partners to keep everyone informed Identify and resolve challenges, maintain risk logs, and report progress regularly Use your experience with Prince2 or Agile to drive successful project delivery What you’ll need: Hold a project management qualification Experience managing change projects from start to finish Be comfortable juggling multiple priorities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Good IT skills, including MS Office proficiency Be able to work from our Uxbridge office 2 days a week Nice to have: Experience in children’s social care or healthcare Familiarity with project management tools like monday.com Why Choose CareTech? • At the core of CareTech, is our commitment to supporting our amazing Service Users and their families
