Role Description
We have full and part time opportunities for a Controller based in Greater London, and able to reliably attend our Head Office in Crayford. Various out of hours and weekend shifts are available.
£14.80ph basic PLUS performance related bonus.
Responsibilities include using the Parim shift management system to monitor our staff operating across the UK, ensuring they book on and off duty correctly and perform regular welfare calls.
You will deal with incident reporting and making sure that the right people are informed.
Our Controllers also help to schedule officers where needed and ensure that blow-outs or last minute requests are covered.
The Controller will liaise with various departments, ensuring effective communication and maintaining the operational integrity of the out of hours and weekend services we provide.
Full training is given.
Overtime opportunities available in control or admin roles.
Qualifications
* A current SIA licence.
* Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
* Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask efficiently.
* Relevant experience in the security sector is advantageous but not essential.
