The Role: Answering phones Managing bookings from confirmation to post-tour Fixing issues pre-departure or in-resort Supporting the sales team with quote and client info Keeping all back-office admin running smoothly What We’re After: 1–2 years’ travel industry admin/ops experience Methodical, intelligent, and eager to learn, a doer Comfortable juggling tasks and handling the unexpected Conscientious, calm, and a great communicator You’ll be trained & supported by the operations manager, who is basically admin royalty.
