This role focuses on building and optimising solutions that improve patient care, streamline operations, and integrate clinical systems within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and customise Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to support clinical and operational workflows. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals and non-technical stakeholders. • Integrate Salesforce with third-party healthcare systems such as electronic health records (EHR). • Implement automation tools and scalable features to enhance user and patient journeys. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining data integrity and security.
