The main duties include: Prepare and post journals for accruals, prepayments, and other month-end adjustments. Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance reporting. Support the development of improved reporting tools and dashboards for senior management. Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate monthly depreciation Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and annual audits. Oversee accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. Manage the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely collection and accurate cash allocation. Manage bank reconciliations. Support the Finance Manager in preparing annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts.
