The role of the Branch Manager Industrial Doors will involve:
Branch Manager position promoting the manufacturer, service & repair of industrialdoors and associated products; shutters and access systems
Day to day running on the Manchester branch
Managing and developing a team of 30 engineers and internal employees
Responsible for the preparation, management, and analysis of monthly and annual P&L, ensuring accuracy, identifying trends, and supporting strategic decision-making
Whilst based from the Manchester office you will also be pro-active on the road, visiting clients and upselling across the North West
Liaise with an array of clients within; industrial, government and retail sectors
Implement strategies to improve the business, analysing risk and where processes may fail
Ensure contracts are organised, running smoothly and completed
Responsible for training, development and recruitment of staff
Monitor, analyse and set targets for employees
The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager Industrial Doors with:
Must have Branch Management, Senior Sales or Operational experience within the industrial door or related sectors
Must have people management experience (Ideally 15+ teams)
Ideally have P&L performance and annual turnover of approximately £5m+
Looking for an innovative, pro-active thinker with a great attitude
Must be commercially astute
Able to think outside of the box
Good literacy and numeracy skills and good communication skills both verbal and written
Hungry, go-getter with a dynamic personality
