We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
Apply people policies and ensure consistent HR practices across sites.
* Drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives, including the Million Hours Mission.
* Maintain accurate HR systems and monitor key metrics like turnover and absence.
* Support leadership development through coaching and mentoring.
* Lead people projects and manage employee relations effectively.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven HR Advisor experience with strong employment law knowledge.
* CIPD Level 3+ and skilled in planning, prioritising, and meeting deadlines.
* Personable communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
* Organised, confidential, and committed to driving strategic people plans
