Working with stakeholders across the business, the Senior Operations Manager has overall responsibility for Operations including Planning, Warehouse P&L, Warehouse Health & KPI-s, Airfreight, Aviation Security, Compliance, Transport, Export & Import Clearance, Health & Safety, Disaster Recovery, and Continuous Improvement & Best Practice.
