We’re looking for an organised and proactive warehouse professional with a keen eye for detail, a passion for operational excellence and is well experienced in forklift driving. This is a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and supporting a productive team within our fast-paced distribution environment, using warehouse management systems to drive performance and maintain high standards. What You’ll Be Doing Receive, process, and check stock in the warehouse accurately and on time using the WMS Monitor stock levels and accuracy, carry out regular stock checks and ensure WMS data is correct Pick, pack, and move stock using the forklift and other warehouse equipment Support and train colleagues on warehouse processes and WMS use Complete and pass on warehouse paperwork promptly Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health and safety Communicate clearly with all teams and departments Work efficiently to meet productivity targets and KPIs Support accurate and efficient warehouse processes in line with the company’s Environmental Policy Swing shift, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (6:00am – 3:00pm one week / 3:00pm – 12:00am the following week). What We’re Looking For Counterbalance Forklift licence is essential Experience in warehouse management, including using warehouse management systems (WMS) Strong administrative skills, with the ability to organise, track, and manage large volumes of data Experience in a fast moving, next day distribution/warehousing environment Ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies using WMS and other warehouse software Strong communicator with the ability to liaise with multiple teams effectively Detail oriented, with excellent organisational and time management skills Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving Why Join Us?
