are currently assisting an independent private dental practice in Knightsbridge, London, to recruit an experienced Dental Practice Manager for a permanent full-time opportunity.

1. Full-time permanent role
2. Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:45pm
3. Alternate Saturdays required (with a day off in the week)
4. Salary from £40,000 per annum depending on experience
5. Immediate start available

About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring efficient operations, team performance, and an outstanding patient experience while supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
8. Managing daily operations of the practice
9. Ensuring systems, procedures, and workflows run efficiently
10. Leading, motivating, and developing the practice team
11. Managing HR duties and maintaining compliance standards
12. Monitoring KPIs, P&L performance, and stock control
13. Supporting marketing activities and patient feedback initiatives
14. Driving private revenue growth and treatment uptake
15. Working closely with the Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
16. Improving treatment conversion and patient journey performance through coaching and process improvement
About You
17. Minimum 2 years’ UK dental practice management experience
18. Strong leadership and organisational skills
19. Patient-focused, proactive, and self-motivated
20. Experience within private dentistry preferred
21. Confident managing operational performance and team development
22. Valid DBS required
