Our client is a prestigious Law Firm based in North West London who are recruiting for an experienced Legal Conveyancing Secretary to support one of the Senior Partners.
This is a lovely opportunity for a Legal Secretary/PA to join an esteemed legal practice in a role which offers a good salary package and generous holidays.
Duties will include;
Supporting Senior Partner in residential and commercial property transactions
Dealing with all post-completion tasks, such as sending the required Deeds off to Lenders, paying Stamp Duty, preparing Notice of Transfer and Charge, Companies House and Land Registry registration
Obtaining documents from the Land Registry Portal
Producing legal forms and documents
Carrying out pre-completion searches such as OS1/OS2 and K17
Typing Deeds such as a Trust Deed, Deed of Covenant and Leases
