Legal Office Services Coordinator
Pay: $20.00/hr + $200 monthly parking allowance
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview
This role supports daily operations within law firm offices by providing administrative and office services such as copy/print production, mail handling, reception support, and hospitality services. The position helps ensure attorneys and staff have the materials, documents, and support needed to maintain efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide copy, print, and document production support for legal teams.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and postage equipment.
* Assist with reception duties including greeting visitors and directing inquiries.
* Provide hospitality support for meetings and office events.
* Operate office equipment such as copiers, printers, computers, and mailing systems.
* Maintain organized document workflows and production folders.
* Assist with scheduling and coordinating account service requests.
* Troubleshoot equipment or service issues and coordinate resolution when needed.
* Maintain accurate expense reporting in accordance with company policies.
* Travel between office locations when required to support business needs.
Requirements
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Minimum 12 months of related office, administrative, or customer service experience.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Comfortable using computers, printers, copiers, and postage equipment.
* Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and file management systems.
* Ability to adapt to changing assignments or multiple office locations.
* Reliable transportation may be required to support sites within a 40–50 mile radius.
* Ability to maintain professional business-casual appearance appropriate for a law firm environment.
