Jarroms Ltd is a small, well established Property Management company in Leicester city centre. The Accounts Administrator role is office based, 3 days a week from Wednesday through to Friday, 9.00 am to 5 pm.
The Role:
Dealing with logging on and paying contractor and utility company invoices.
Renewing fixed term gas and electricity contracts in commercial and residential properties when vacant.
Posting bank payments.
Bank reconcilliation.
Answering general landlord and tenant account queries by phone or e-mail.
Dealing with elements of service charge accounts.
Raising ad-hoc invoices as required.
Obtaining monthly meter readings within a few city centre properties.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in an accounts administration role.
A polite, professional manner essential when dealing with landlords and tenants.
Accuracy and attention to detail paramount.
Familiarity with our property database, Propman, is desirable but training can be given.
Working knowledge of Office and Excel required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of our friendly team.
