We need an Engineering Manager. Not just any Engineering Manager. Someone who can run multiple sites, get machines running like clockwork, and still have the energy to coach a team of 10+.
Youll report into the Head of Operations. That means youll be the person everyone looks at when kit breaks down, projects need delivering, or someone mentions the words risk assessment.
