This is a fantastic opportunity for payroll professionals with strong technical expertise to play a key role in shaping the future of the payroll function. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Payroll Manager to support all phases of the system implementation. Contribute to the full delivery lifecycle of the new payroll system. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and deliver payroll requirements. Lead system testing, parallel runs, and payroll output validation. Create and refine process documentation, training guides, and user materials. Ensure full compliance with UK payroll legislation, HMRC standards, and employment law. Act as a payroll subject matter expert throughout the project. Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and suggest process improvements. About You In-depth understanding of UK payroll legislation, statutory obligations, and employment law. Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-starting approach.
