Job description
We are working with an OH Provider to source an Occupational Health Advisor for a full-time role at Heathrow Airport, working 4 days a week at Heathrow and 1 day a week from home. This role is mainly case management, and you’d be working within a small team which includes an OH Physician, Physios, Technicians and Nurses. The service delivers case management, driver medicals, safety critical medicals and drug and alcohol testing.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice.
* Provide professional, comprehensive and evidence based written reports.
* Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH.
* To provide clinical supervision and support other team members, where less experienced.
* Case Management and provision of OH advice.
Qualifications / Essential Skills
* NMC registration.
* Case Management experience within Occupational Health, including phone-based assessments and written reports.
* Good IT skills.
