Senior Development Manager - Property - Pre-delivery Location: Park Royal, Brent, Greater London, United Kingdom - Onsite Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Role Overview This is a front-end development position that offers the opportunity to a large project from early-stage feasibility through planning and into pre-construction. The first scheme will focus on a mixed-use development in NW London, forming part of a wider strategy to unlock value across the portfolio. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, consultants, and delivery partners to drive the development process, ensuring projects are commercially robust, well-designed, and deliverable. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the pre-delivery phase of multiple property development projects ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with design, construction, and commercial teams to monitor project progress and resolve any issues affecting delivery schedules or quality. Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project progression. Prepare and present regular progress reports and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality across property delivery phases. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in property development management, particularly in pre-delivery in schemed £100m Strong knowledge of UK property development legislation, building regulations, and health & safety standards. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrable leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. Relevant qualifications such as RICS accreditation, or equivalent professional certification, are highly desirable. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. Why Join Us?
