Applications are invited for the post of Outlet Manager in the Catering and Conferences Department. We are currently recruiting for an Outlet Manager, responsible for the seamless front of house operations of the Founders Kitchen on campus. This is an exciting time for Royal Holloway, and we are seeking applicants who are passionate about food and delivering sector leading customer service.
Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate the front of house team to deliver inspirational customer service.
* Oversee the seamless front of house operations of the Founders Kitchen on campus.
* Drive sales, control costs, and ensure high standards of service at all times.
* Work some evenings and weekends; time off in lieu will be provided accordingly.
Training and Development
We will provide you with all relevant and necessary training to ensure you are fully equipped to help us deliver a first-class customer experience.
Location
The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the University is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
