Are you ready to turn data into decisions? We're on the hunt for a Junior BI Analyst whos eager to explore insights, build intuitive dashboards, and help shape smarter strategies across the business.

What Youll Be Doing
As a rising star in our Business Insight team, youll collaborate with departments company-wide to deliver clear, compelling reports and visualisations using Power BI. Youll dig into data, uncover trends, and support initiatives that improve processes, performance, and decision-making.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
* Designing dashboards and reports that bring data to life
* Partnering with teams to understand their needs and deliver insights
* Supporting data quality checks and process improvements
* Helping to build a community of self-service BI users
* Continuously learning and refining our tools and approaches
Youll Thrive In This Role If You
* Have some knowledge of Power BI or a similar visualisation tool
* Are curious, analytical, and love solving problems
