Receptionist
Location: Harlesden, NW10 8RY
Salary: £14.02 phr
We are looking for a Receptionist for a temp contract to support a Healthcare Centre.
The core working hours are (Apply online only), Mon - Fri
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.
* Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages where necessary.
* Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate records.
* Handle general enquiries and provide information as required.
* Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and updating systems.
Requirements:
* Previous reception or customer service experience preferred (training provided).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
