What you will do:
1. Plan, lead, and evaluate youth work activities and projects to engage and inspire local young people.
2. Provide guidance and supervision to youth workers, volunteers, and sessional staff.
3. Build a safe and inclusive environment adhering to safeguarding policies and best practices.
4. Develop meaningful relationships with young people, offering mentoring and support.
5. Collaborate with schools, statutory services, and community organisations for integrated support.
6. Contribute to strategic planning and report on outcomes to improve services.
7. Ensure compliance with policies including safeguarding, health and safety, and equality and diversity.
