Agile Delivery Manager – DV Cleared

Role Overview:

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead Agile delivery across complex, secure programmes, ensuring consistent and high-quality outcomes
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams to continuously improve performance and delivery standards
* Remove blockers and manage risks to keep delivery on track within fast-paced environments
* Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations and ensure transparency
* Support teams in planning, forecasting and delivering against agreed objectives
* Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
* Track delivery metrics and use insights to optimise team performance and outcomes
* Ensure governance, reporting and delivery standards are met within a secure government setting
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering and business stakeholders
Main Skills Needed:
* Proven experience delivering within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban or similar)
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels
* Experience leading delivery within complex, regulated or secure environments
* Ability to manage risks, dependencies and competing priorities effectively
* Excellent facilitation, coaching and team leadership skills
* Strong understanding of delivery metrics, reporting and continuous improvement practices
* Active DV (Developed Vetting) clearance is essential
