They are seeking a pro‑active and tech‑savvy Office Manager to look after a very busy office of circa 90 people ensuring the smooth running of the office day to day, making it a welcoming and safe workspace for all.
You will be responsible for:
* Day to day office operations, working across different teams within the business
* Suppliers and contracts
* Streamlining processes, introducing new systems/AI tools to improve efficiency
* Managing IT and setting up IT and AV equipment
* Health and Safety - Risk Assessments
* Budget management
