My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds more in our training programme who will soon be hitting the roads.
There is currently a record number of learner drivers needing instruction due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19.
In the last 12 months, our driving instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 due to high demand.
Additionally, over 70% of our driving instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. There has never been a better time to become a driving instructor.

Anyone can become a driving instructor. Recently, we have recruited individuals from various industries, including:
* Driving industry (HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, bus driver)
* Finance industry (finance manager, accountant, analyst, supervisor, director)
* IT industry (support, cybersecurity, web designer, engineers, web developer)
* Health industry (care assistant, care manager, trainers, doctors, nurses)
* Education industry (teacher, teaching assistant, admin officer, personal assistant, lecturer)
Our training is fully provided and conducted locally as much as possible. Not only do we have pass rates well above the industry average, but we also refund all training fees when you work with us.
To qualify as a driving instructor, you must meet the following criteria:
* Hold a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years
* Have not been banned from driving in the last 4 years
* Have no more than 6 points on your licence
