Job Description:
Due to continued growth, Wace Morgan Solicitors are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Legal Secretary to join our dynamic and busy Child Care team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to our Child Care Fee Earners
* Prepare, format, and file legal documents.
* Manage and organise case files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court appearances.
* Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
* Assist with the preparation of trial materials.
* Conduct legal research and gather relevant information as needed.
* Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails promptly and professionally with the appropriate level of empathy.
Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Family or Child Care law.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* A proactive and flexible approach to work.
