This role would be well-suited to psychology graduates who are keen to pursue a career in education. What you will do: Collaborate with SENCO and support staff Design and implement learning schemes for students with additional learning needs. Adapt resources to suit individual learning styles and ability. Promote independent learning and self-confidence. Support with school routines. Set appropriate targets to boost confidence in learning.
