Customer Project Coordinator – Full‑Time
We’re looking for a highly organised and customer‑focused Project Controller to support the smooth delivery of large‑scale, large-budget projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and excels at building strong client relationships.
Salary
£30-£35k DOE
Key Responsibilities
• Manage project requirements from order through to completion
• Coordinate schedules, documentation, updates, and delivery plans
• Act as the main point of contact for clients during project delivery
• Handle progress calls, handovers, and occasional site visits
• Maintain project tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track
• Support performance monitoring and contribute to KPI reporting

• Demonstrable background in technical manufacturing project management is essential • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
