Job responsibilities
* Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records
* Identifying purchasing needs through stock analysis and forecast planning
* Processing and verifying purchase orders, invoices, and charges
* Managing supplier performance and ensuring timely deliveries
* Producing accurate and insightful procurement reports, including KPI tracking and forecast vs. depletion analysis
* Acting as the liaison between purchasing and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues
* Maintaining clean and current procurement data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
* Providing category support as needed, including cover for colleagues during leave
Your profile / qualifications
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* A collaborative spirit with a willingness to support the wider team
Additional information
We’re looking for someone who brings a proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and supply chain activities, and be comfortable using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
