Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and strategies that align with our business objectives.
* Collaborate with SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and search rankings.
* Oversee project management for marketing campaigns from conception through execution.
* Create engaging content for various channels, including email marketing, social media, and website copy.
* Utilise Adobe Photoshop to design visually appealing marketing materials.
* Collaborate to maintain and update the company website using WordPress.
* Collaborate to maintain Google Ads campaigns to optimise advertising spend and performance.
* Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives for business growth.
* Lead social media management efforts to increase and enhance brand engagement and reach.
* Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for management review.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably 3-5 year minimum.
* Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects, take initiative, bring new ideas and work independently.
* Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing strategies.
* Excellent copywriting skills with a creative flair and keen eye for detail in content creation.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
* Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as IT literacy.
* Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
