Essential; Experience of working for a transportation client or other asset rich organisation, or in a consultancy environment within this space Your experience will have supported the resolution of strategic, tactical and/or operational challenges. Examples may include one or more of the following: Asset management strategies, change programmes and/or planning Asset investment planning Risk and value assessments Operations and maintenance Development and deployment of decision support tools, asset information strategies and/or asset data quality assessments. Workstream and team leadership through the project lifecycle, from sales, solution design and activity planning to successful delivery and knowledge capture. Experience in managing business relationships and influencing clients and stakeholders. Experience in business development, tender delivery, bid preparation or evaluation of bids from either a client business development or bid team perspective. Delivery of asset, infrastructure or technology projects. Leadership experience, including managing professional team members or comparable responsibilities. A good communicator with a high level of numeracy skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
