Are you a passionate and experienced HLTA looking to make a real impact in primary education? Trafford’s vibrant and inclusive primary schools are seeking dedicated professionals to support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
About the Role:
As a HLTA, you will:
* Deliver planned lessons and interventions across a range of subjects.
* Support pupils with varying needs to achieve their full potential.
* Work closely with teachers to raise attainment and engagement.
* Lead small group sessions and occasionally cover whole classes.
* Contribute to the wider school community and pastoral care.

* HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience working in a primary school setting.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A nurturing and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning.
* Ability to work collaboratively with staff, pupils, and parents.
