As Creative Production & Delivery Manager, you will be the engine behind world-class creative output. You will oversee the planning, production, and delivery of high-impact brand and campaign work across global markets, ensuring the seamless execution of content that inspires, engages, and performs.
If you excel at managing creative workflows, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving production excellence from concept to completion, this role offers the opportunity to shape how Myprotein brings ideas to life at scale.
As a Creative Production & Delivery Manager you will:
Creative & Campaign Production
1. Manage end-to-end production and delivery of brand, creative, content, and campaign assets – from brief to final execution.
2. Own timelines, resource planning, deliverables and workflows across multiple concurrent projects.
3. Act as the key connection between brand, studio, creative, commercial and external partners to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
4. Work with creative leads to translate ideas into actionable production plans, challenging where needed to ensure excellence.
5. Support the rollout of global campaigns, ensuring consistency, impact and strong creative performance across channels.
Cross-functional Coordination
6. Foster strong relationships across brand, studio, product, insights, channel marketing and agency partners.
7. Lead communication across teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities and expectations.
8. Break down silos and drive unified, efficient ways of working to accelerate project delivery.
Production Process & Workflow Optimisation
9. Improve and maintain production workflows, briefing processes and delivery frameworks to maximise quality and efficiency.
10. Lead the adoption, governance and best practice use of project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
11. Identify and resolve bottlenecks across teams, recommending scalable solutions to improve clarity and performance.
12. Champion operational excellence, offering training and support to embed strong production processes.
Budget Ownership & Resource Management
13. Manage creative and production budgets in partnership with the Head of Production & Planning and Head of Brand.
14. Oversee campaign and content production spend, ensuring efficient allocation across internal studios and external partners.
15. Track performance and budget usage, identifying opportunities for optimisation, cost savings and reinvestment.
Ways of Working & Culture
16. Act as a neutral facilitator to help teams prioritise, make decisions and stay aligned to shared objectives.
17. Bring a delivery-focused mindset that promotes pace, quality, structure and excellence.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?
20. Strong experience managing creative, production or campaign delivery across multi-channel environments.
21. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance diverse needs.
22. Deep understanding of creative and production processes, paired with a passion for operational efficiency.
23. Proven ability to lead projects across multiple teams with precision, pace and attention to detail.
24. Experience managing production budgets and working with internal studios and external partners.
25. Highly organised, solutions-oriented and resilient, with strong leadership presence.
