Location: Hybrid, Verwood, UK
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 4pm

We're working with a highly successful and expanding organisation that's making significant waves in their sector. They're on the hunt for a Digital Merchandiser to join their dynamic team, a role where your expertise will be pivotal in shaping their online presence and directly influencing their clients growth.
Key responsibilities for a Digital Merchandiser include:
* Own the digital product catalogue: Take full ownership of the online product presentation, ensuring all information, from imagery to descriptions, is accurate and compelling to the customer.
* Drive visual excellence: Enhance product imagery and collaborate with the content editor to create dynamic and engaging product content that captivates client online audiences.
* Maintain quality standards: Conduct regular quality audits to ensure a flawless digital display of products, taking proactive steps to identify and resolve any issues.
* Leverage data for strategic growth: Utilise web reporting tools, such as GA4, to analyse site performance and customer behaviour, providing data-driven recommendations for optimising content and user experience.
* Enhance the customer journey: Optimise the online shopping experience by strategically managing filters, product rankings, and search results to ensure customers can find what they need with ease.
* Implement promotional strategies: Execute the product strategy plan by ensuring priority products are promoted effectively across the website, aligning with overall business objectives.
* Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor market and competitor activity to identify trends and implement innovative solutions that maintain competitive edge and attract new customers.
* Influence category strategy: Work closely with suppliers to align digital merchandising efforts with the overarching category strategy, ensuring a cohesive and profitable approach.
What we're looking for:
* An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a sharp eye for detail.
* Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
* A confident copywriter with experience creating content for SEO.
* Knowledge of GA4 (Google Analytics 4) would be a bonus!
