About the Role
Forsyth Barnes is exclusively partnering with a leading manufacturing/FMCG company to find a dynamic Head of Business Systems. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys influencing business strategy, driving digital transformation, and delivering measurable operational improvements. You will own the roadmap for ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, and other core systems, ensuring they are scalable, integrated, and aligned to business goals.
What You'll Do
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the enterprise systems strategy, influencing business-wide decisions and enabling operational excellence.
* Transformation Delivery: Lead large-scale system implementations and optimizations, including ERP, IBP, and automation projects, delivering tangible business results.
* Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and Commercial teams to align technology with business priorities.
* Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing Business Systems team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
* Governance & Performance: Define KPIs for system performance, ROI, and user satisfaction while ensuring compliance with security and data standards.
* Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage external partners to deliver high-value, cost-effective solutions.
Who You Are
* Proven leader with 10+ years in senior IT or business systems roles, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, or fast-paced operations.
* Experienced in delivering enterprise system transformations (ERP, IBP, CRM) with measurable impact.
* Strategic thinker who enjoys influencing decisions, solving complex business problems, and turning strategy into action.
* Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and comfort operating at executive level.
* Hands-on, results-driven, and passionate about using technology to drive operational performance.
