Overview
Chaucer Infants and Nursery school are looking to appoint a passionate and committed HLTA (or a highly skilled TLA who aspires to be a HLTA) who lives and breathes the joy of Infant Education.
The successful candidate will be an excellent practitioner who has the vision, energy and drive to ensure high standards of education. They will initially teach our popular Nursery class and will work closely with our EYFS team to plan and deliver an inspiring curriculum through play, exploration and high-quality adult interaction.

What you'll do
* Plan, prepare and deliver learning
* Support individuals, small groups and whole classes, including pupils with additional needs
* Lead and evaluate interventions in collaboration with teaching staff
* Provide feedback and assessment to support pupil progress
* Model inclusive, high-expectation practice for pupils and staff
* Support positive behaviour, wellbeing and pupil independence
* Help mentor and guide other support staff
