Job Summary

A multilingual background is highly desirable, particularly in Spanish and English, to cater to our diverse clientele.
Duties
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing any questions or concerns.
* Perform data entry tasks efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls in a courteous manner.
* Utilise strong communication skills to effectively resolve issues and provide solutions.
* Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
* Conduct analysis of customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality across all interactions.
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required.
* Multilingual abilities are advantageous; bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English will be given preference.
* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
