Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting an experienced Team Leader to join the Child & Family Help Team with AFC. Duties and Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a Child & Family Help Team, ensuring effective early intervention and preventative support. * Provide regular supervision, guidance, and professional development to staff within the team. * Oversee assessments, planning, and interventions to ensure children's needs are identified and addressed promptly. * Ensure safeguarding concerns are managed appropriately and escalated when required. * Promote high standards of practice in line with legislation, statutory guidance, and local policies. * Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver coordinated support to families. * Contribute to service development, quality assurance, and performance management. Working Pattern: * Hybrid working. Pay Rate: * £44.68 p/h Umbrella. Essential Requirements: * Social Work qualification - Degree or equivalent. * Significant experience within children's social care, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities. * Strong knowledge of safeguarding, early help, and child in need processes. * Social Work England registration. * Ability to lead, motivate, and support staff within a fast-paced environment.
