Valuer / Lister - Estate Agent
* £40K OTE
* No. 1 Agent in Area
* 5 Day working week with No Sundays
£20K Basic Salary + £2.5k Car Allowance - £40K OTE (Uncapped Commission) - Career Progression
Our client is a well-known brand in the area and the go to if you want to sell or let your property. They are consistently top in their area and are looking to further cement that position by adding an experienced property Valuer / Lister to their team.
You will partner with another Valuer to ensure all enquiries are answered and appointments are attended in a timely manner and convert as many appointments to instructions as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner to build rapport.
* Assess needs and wants of potential vendors
* Value properties using all available sources
* Ensure a good rapport with vendors through to completion
* Optimise every opportunity to secure valuations and to obtain Instructions
Candidate Requirements:
* An experienced Estate Agent
* Proven track record in generating new business
* Positive and resilient attitude
* Valuing and Listing Experience
* Enthusiastic person who can demonstrate they have the willingness to learn and develop themselves in the Estate Agency industry.
Package
* Up to £20k basic
* Company Car Allowance (£2,500)
* Circa £40k OTE
* 5 day working week - Monday to Friday 8.30 to 6, Saturday 9 to 4. Working every Saturday with one day off during the week.
