Role Overview:
The firm is seeking an experienced Personal Tax Senior to join its growing tax team. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse client portfolio, work closely with colleagues in a collaborative environment, and develop your career within a firm that values progression and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review personal tax computations, including self-assessment returns for individuals, partnerships, and trusts.
* Advise clients on tax planning opportunities and compliance matters.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for your portfolio.
* Support junior team members through mentoring, review of work, and guidance on technical matters.
* Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and implement best practices within the team.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA/CTA part-qualified, or ATT Qualified.
* Significant experience in personal tax within an accountancy practice.
* Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax and associated legislation.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
* A collaborative and client-focused approach, aligned with the firm’s supportive culture.
