Wakefield Grammar School Foundation is seeking a dynamic and personable admissions officer to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of the Foundation. In this role, you will be the primary point of contract for prospective students and families, guiding them through one of the most exciting milestones of their educational journeys. We are looking for a natural relationship -builder who can quickly establish a rapport with families. Whether you are delivering an engaging presentation to a group of parents or speaking one-on-one with a prospective pupil, your communication skills will be key to championing the Foundation effectively. Equally important are impeccable administrative and organisational skills. This position requires excellent time management and a sharp eye for detail, as you will be responsible for managing student applications, maintaining accurate databases, and coordinating the logistics for admissions events. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and comfortable deadlines whilst reliably delivering thorough work. This role is on a fixed-term basis and will run to 7 July 2027.
