As part of our Neighbourhoods team, you’ll lead a high-quality service, focussed on addressing the housing‑related support needs of tenants and ensuring they can live independently, maintain their accommodation and prevent homelessness.
Responsibilities
* Operational line management of Tenancy Support Officers and Housing Support Officers.
* Completing and reviewing assessments to ensure housing support needs are identified, risks managed, and interventions or referrals to external support agencies are completed.
* Developing, managing and quality‑controlling casework processes.
* Supporting the organisation to achieve safeguarding requirements compliance.
* Acting as an escalation point for any complex tenant‑related issues.
Qualifications
* A Level 3 housing qualification, or the willingness to work towards this.
* Experience working in Housing Support, Tenancy Sustainment, Supported Housing or Homelessness Prevention.
* Experience working with people with care and support needs.
