JOB TITLE: Customer Support
LOCATION(S): Holloway. Working across our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.
HOURS: 35 hours a week, including Saturdays
WORKING PATTERN: Full-time
SALARY: £29,920, increasing to £30,670 after 6 months. You can increase pay through skill progression to a maximum of £36,170.
About this opportunity
You'll begin your journey in one of our branches, providing face‑to‑face support to our customers. You'll learn, grow and develop within an inclusive organisation that puts people first, making a difference to customers, businesses and communities.
Over time, you may transition into roles such as helping customers over the phone from home, delivering outstanding service remotely, or via social media, web‑chat and remote video calls.

What we're looking for
* A minimum of one year’s customer service experience.
* A people person who is honest, genuine, and cares about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required).
* The ability to build relationships quickly to give customers a fantastic experience.
* Passion to put yourself in the customer’s shoes, show empathy, act with care and integrity, and take time to resolve queries.
* The commitment to deliver on promises and to go above and beyond for customers.
* A genuine teammate who collaborates closely with colleagues to meet customer needs.
* If located in a hybrid location, you will need to meet our home‑working criteria (quiet private room, stable internet).
