The Role
The St Lawrence Academy is a thriving Church Academy serving its local community since 2008. It is part of St Lawrence Academies Trust, a church-based Multi-Academy Trust. We seek an inspirational and talented person to lead the academy toward academic excellence and to enable students to flourish.
The academy serves 11-16 year olds of all abilities, with a PAN of 165 per year. We are an inclusive academy with a Christian ethos, sponsored by the Diocese of Lincoln. We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated individual to take on the role of Assistant Teacher for EAL (32.25 hours per week, term time only + 5 days). Start Date: ASAP; Fixed Term to 31st August 2026. There may be flexibility for a job share or hours adjustment.
