We have 1x permanent, full-time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £55,291 per year, rising to £57,899 per year after key competencies of the role are met.

* Significant experience in housing repairs, maintenance, or operational service delivery
* Proven leadership ability with the confidence to motivate and develop teams
* Strong organisational and decision‑making skills
