We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Registered Vet Nurse to join the lovely team at a highly regarded local veterinary practice in the Ware area of Hertfordshire.
Role:
* full time hours including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH.
* practice is purpose built and well equipped with up to date equipment and technologies
* wide and varied case load with visiting specialists performing cardiac scans, abdominal ultrasound with sampling, orthopaedic procedures and a high percentage of insured pets.
* role requires you to lead, mentor and manage a nursing team and oversee the day to day running of the clinical team
* you will be joining a close knit, supportive, and professional team
* Generous CPD allowance and paid RCVS, VDS + 1 other subscription.
* fabulous affluent Hertfordshire location surrounded by countryside and with great transport links by train to London Liverpool Street in under 50 minutes and by road close to the A10 and M25
Requirements:
* Qualified Vet Nurse
* Registered with RCVS
* existing Head RVN or Experienced/Senior RVN looking to step up
Salary package:
* Salary to £35,000.00 per annum to reflect your experience
